AMENDMENT
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment
Bill 1987, as summarised in Cabinet Minute No.
147-87 dated 1st May, 1981, submitted by the Premier
in relation to this matter.
MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987 AND
COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Medical
Practitioners (Amendment) Bill 1987 and Cognate
Bill, as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 132-87
dated 27th April, 1987, submitted by the Minister
for Health, and the Drug Offensive in relation to
this matter.
DRUG OFFENSIVE BILL 1987 AND COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Drug
Offensive Bill 1987 and Cognate Bill as summarised
in Cabinet Minute No. 130-87 dated 24th April, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and the Drug
Offensive in relation to this matter.
BAIL (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Bail
(Amendment) Bill 1987 as summarised in Cabinet
Minute No. 133-87 dated 27th April, 1987, submitted
by the Attorney General in relation to this matter.
