SAFETY) AMENDMENT
BILL 1.927 AND COGNATE
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 103-87 dated 6th April,
1987, submitted by the Deputy Premier, and Minister for
Transport in relation to this matter, was deferred to enable
the Deputy Premier, and Minister for Transport, the Attorney
General and Parliamentary Counsel to meet in order to ensure
that the Bill is drafted to reflect the views of Cabinet.
Cabinet decided that the principle of anonymity is to be
included in the Bill.
SUPERANNUATION (RETRENCHMENT
PROVISIONS) AMENDMENT BILL1987
AND COGNATE BILLS.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Superannuation
(Retrenchment Provisions) Amendment Bill 1987 and Cognate
Bills, as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 108-87, dated 9th
April, 1987, submitted by the Minister for Industrial
Relations, and Employment in relation to this matter.
PROPOSEDLEGISLATIVE CHANGES TO FACILITATE MORE COMPETITIVE
AIR SERVICES WITHIN NEW SOUTH WALES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 91-87, dated 2nd April, 1987, submitted by
the Deputy Premier, and Minister for Transport in relation to
this matter, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
The Deputy Premier, and Minister for Transport is to Lake the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
