STATUTE LAW (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) BILL (No. 1)
1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Statute
Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill (No. 1) 1987 as
summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 100-87 dated 6th
April, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in
relation to this matter, subject to:records of aerial pesticides
being maintained (paragraph 25.3
refers).
EDUCATION COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) BILL 1937.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Education
Commission (Amendment) Bill 1987 as summarised in
Cabinet Minute No. 99-87 dated 3rd April, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Education in relation to
this matter.
TRANSPORT ACCIDENT COMPENSATION REFORM.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 366-86 dated 1st
December, 1986, submitted jointly by the Deputy
Premier, and Minister for Transport and the Treasurer
in relation to this matter, was deferred until the
next meeting.
FURTHER PROPOSALS TO REFORM THE LEGAL PROFESSION
IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 101-87 dated 6th April, 1987,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to this
matter, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
