The Minister for Police and Emergency Services
is to take the necessary action to give effect to
Cabinet's decision.
RECONSTITUTION OF THE CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION
OF N.S.W. AS A CORPORATION SOLE.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 3-87 dated 14th January,
1987, submitted by the Attorney General in relation
to this matter.
Recommendations are to be made to the Governor-inCouncil in respect of the following appointments:Mr. William John Robinson as Chairman and
Commissioner, Corporate Affairs Commission,
for a term of seven years.

Mr. John Charles Cooke as Director, Legal
Aid Commission of N.S.W., for a term of
three years on the expiration of his
present term of office (January, 1983).

Mr. Peter John Webb, Deputy Secretary,
Attorney General's Department, as
Commissioner and Deputy Chairman,
Corporate Affairs Commission, for a
period of three months.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDENT, BOARD OF FIRE
COMMISSIONERS.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made
to the Governor-in-Council that Mr. Peter Brummeli
Rath be appointed as President, Board of Fire
Commissioners, for a term of 5 years, as proposed
in Cabinet Minute No. 6-87 dated 19th January,
1987, submitted by the Minister for Police and
Emergency Services, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Police and Emergency Services is
to take the necessary action to give effect to
Cabinet's decision, including arrangements for
the necessary medical examination.
