REFERENCE AND COAL INDUSTRY REPORT.

REVISED TERMS OF
Cabinet received and noted the Report outlining the
State of the New South Wales Coal Industry contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 367-87 dated 4th December, 1986,
submitted by the Minister for Mineral Resources in
relation to this matter.
Cabinet approved of the Revised Terms of Reference for
the Coal Resources Development Committee, as contained
in the Minute as amended by the Minister's letter dated
25th March, 1987.
The Minister for Mineral Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
WESTERN LANDS AMENDMENT BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Western
Lands Amendment Bill 1987, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute No. 78-87 dated 26th March, 1987, submitted by
the Minister for Lands in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENTS OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS,
AREA HEALTH SERVICES.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
appointments, as proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 79-87
dated 27th March, 1987, submitted by the Minister for
Health in relation to this matter:Dr. Trevor King be appointed as
Chief Executive Officer, Whitlam
Area Health Service, and that

Mr. Phillip Cleaton be appointed as
Chief Executive Officer, Macarthur
Area Health Service.
The Minister for Health is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
