CREATED IN LARGE SUBDIVISIONS PRIOR TO PLANNING
CONTROL.

Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 242-86 dated
26th September, 1986, submitted by the Minister
for Planning and Environment, and Heritage, in
relation to this matter, was deferred for
consultation with the Attorney General.
TOTAL CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT, SOILS POLICY AND STATE
TREE POLICY.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 295-86 dated 30th October,
1986, submitted by the Minister for Agriculture
in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Agriculture is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER, N.S.W.
FISH MARKETING AUTHORITY.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council that Mr. Philip John Nadin
be appointed as General Manager, Fish Marketing
Authority, for a period of seven years, as proposed
in Cabinet Minute No. 1-87 dated 7th January, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Agriculture in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Agriculture is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including arrangements for the necessary
medical examination.
APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE
PERSONNEL.

Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council that Mr. Kenneth Ronald
Wark, Executive Chief Superintendent, Personnel, be

appointed as Assistant Commissioner
effective from the date of entry on duty, as
proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 383-86 dated 16th
December, 1986, submitted by the Minister for
Police and Emergency Services in relation to this
matter.
