MOTOR TRAFFIC (RADAR DETECTED OFFENCES) AMENDMENT
BILL, 1987 COGNATE WITH THE CRIMES (RADAR DETECTED
OFFENCES) AMENDMENT BILL, 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Motor
Traffic (Radar Detected Offences) Amendment Bill, 1987
cognate with the Crimes (Radar Detected Offences)
Amendment Bill, 1987, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
No. 70-87 dated 17th March, 1987, submitted by the
Deputy Premier, and Minister for Transport in relation
to this matter.
WORKERS' COMPENSATION.
This matter was not considered.

MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE CRIMES ACT.
Consideration of Recommendations 3(a) (i) to (vii) in
Cabinet Minute No. 38-87 dated 25th February, 1987,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to this
matter, was deferred until the next meeting.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO AMEND THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 39-87 dated 25th February, 1987,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to this
matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action
to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE TECHNICAL AND FURTHER
EDUCATION ACT, 1974.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 66-87 dated 13th March, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Education in relation to
this matter.
The Minister for Education is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision, including
the preparation of the necessary legislation.
