PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS) BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Public
Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Bill 1987, as summarised
in Cabinet Minute No. 52-87, dated 6th March, 1987, submitted
by the Treasurer in relation to this matter.
OFFENCES IN PUBLIC PLACES (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987 AND INCLOSED
LANDS PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Offences in
Public Places (Amendment) Bill 1987 and Inclosed Lands
Protection (Amendment) Bill 1987, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute No. 56-87, dated 9th March, 1987, submitted by the
Attorney General in relation to this matter.
PLANT DISEASES (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Plant Diseases
(Amendment) Bill 1987, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
No. 54-87, dated 12th March, 1987, submitted by the Minister
for Agriculture in relation to this matter.
RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES BILL, 1987 AND COGNATE BILLS.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Residential
Tenancies Bill, 1987 and Cognate Bills, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute No. 50-87 dated 3rd March, 1987, submitted by
the Minister for Consumer Affairs in relation to this matter.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO ESTABLISH A REGULATION REVIEW
COMMITTEE AND TO INTRODUCE NEW REGULATION REVIEW PROCEDURES.
Cabinet Minute No. 59-87, dated 13th March, 1987, submitted
by the Premier in relation to this matter, was referred to
