Approval was given to the provisions of the
District Court (Garnishee Proceedings) Amendment
Bill 1987 and Cognate Bill as summarised in Cabinet
Minute No. 45-87 dated 27th February, 1987,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to
this matter.
HERITAGE (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Heritage (Amendment) Bill, 1987, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute No. 46-87 dated 20th February, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Planning and
Environment, and Heritage, in relation to this
matter, subject to:the orders in paragraph 4.12(2)
not overriding such orders as
fire notices.
PERMANENT BUILDING SOCIETIES (FURTHER AMENDMENT)
BILL 1987 AND COGNATE BILL.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Permanent Building Societies (Further Amendment)
Bill 1987 and Cognate Bill, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute No. 32-87 dated 23rd February, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Co-operative
Societies in relation to this matter.
FUTURE OF THE STATE DOCKYARD.
Cabinet decided to defer consideration of this
matter to a meeting to be held at the Premier's
Suite, Parliament House, at 8.45 a.m. on 4th March,
1987.
