PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE NATIONAL PARKS AND
WILDLIFE ACT, 1974 TO VEST CARE, CONTROL AND
MANAGEMENT OF STATE RECREATION AREAS IN THE
NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE SERVICE.
The Minister for Planning and Environment withdrew
his Cabinet Minute No. 194-86 dated 7th August,
1986, relating to this matter.
STATUS REPORT ON BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATIONS IN
NEW SOUTH WALES.
This matter was not considered.
APPLICATIONS FOR COMPENSATION FOLLOWING THE
INQUIRY HELD UNDER S. 475 OF THE CRIMES ACT, 1900.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 4-87 dated 19th January,
1987, submitted by the Attorney General in relation
to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
VARIATION IN TERMS OF SALE OF CROWN LAND HOME,
BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL SITES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 9-87 dated 23rd January,
1987, submitted by the Minister for Lands in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Lands is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT (ELECTIONS) AMENDMENT BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Local
Government (Elections) Amendment Bill, 1987, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 42-87 dated 26th
February, 1987, submitted by the Minister for Local
Government in relation to this matter.
