PROPOSALS TO MAKE UNIFORM AND ENHANCED PROVISION
IN SUPERANNUATION FOR RETRENCHMENT AND REDUNDANCY
OF NEW SOUTH WALES PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES.
Approval in principle was given to the
recommendations contained in Cabinet Minute No.
33-87 dated 23rd February, 1987, submitted by the
Minister for Industrial Relations, and Employment,
in relation to this matter, subject to:*
a report by the Treasurer on costings.
CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Corporate Affairs Commission (Amendment) Bill,
1987, as summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 34-87
dated 23rd February, 1987, submitted by the
Attorney General in relation to this matter.
