Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
appointments of ten (10) Crown Prosecutors, as
proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 228-87 dated 17th
August, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in

The Attorney General is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examinat ions.
APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR PUBLIC DEFENDER.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council that Peter John Hidden,
Q-C., be appointed as Senior Public Defender, as
proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 229-87 dated 17th
August, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in
relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including arrangements for the necessary medical
examination.
