PROPOSED LEGISLATION RELATING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE 3% SUPERANNUATION PRODUCTIVITY CLAIM FOR NEW
SOUTH WALES PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 214-87 dated 15th July, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations,
and Employment in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Industrial Relations, and
Employment is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE NATIONAL PARKS AND
WILDLIFE ACT, 1974, RELATING TO THE REVOCATION
OF LAND.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 220-87 dated 29th July, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Planning and
Environment, and Heritage in relation to this
matter.
The Minister for Planning and Environment, and
Heritage is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSAL TO INCREASE FARES IN PRIVATELY OPERATED
BUS SERVICES.
Approval was given to the recommendation contained
in Cabinet Minute No. 221-87 dated 30th July, 1987,
submitted by the Deputy Premier, and Minister for
Transport in relation to this matter.
The Acting Minister for Transport is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASING CONTRACTS 1987/88.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 213-87 dated
14th July, 1987, submitted by the Minister for
Industry and Small Business, and Energy and
Technology in relation to this matter, was deferred
for further review.
