Cabinet being briefed by officers
of the Department of Motor Transport
in regard to implementation of the
scheme, and the provision of a
paper outlining the Victorian system.
The Deputy Premier and Minister for Transport is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
DRAFT NORTH COAST REGIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 315-86 dated 10th
November, 1986, submitted by the Minister for Planning
and Environment, and Heritage, in relation to this
matter, was deferred until the next meeting, due to
the absence of the Minister for Sport and Recreation,
and Racing, and Tourism.
PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE PACKAGING OF CERTAIN
WINE COOLER PRODUCTS.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 11-87 dated 30th January, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and the Drug
Offensive, in relation to this matter, subject to:Recommendation 3.2 providing for a
1 Litre tetrapack minimum with the
glass depicted on the pack to be a
type of wine glass.
The Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive, is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
