RE-APPOINTMENT OF CONCILIATION AND TECHNICAL ASSESSORS, LAND
AND ENVIRONMENT COURT.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
re-appointments, as proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 205-87,
dated 24th June, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in
relation to this matter:Mr. Trefor Thomas Davies (15th July, 1987
to 14th July, 1994);

Ms. Judith Mary Wellesley Fitz-Henry (15th
July, 1987 to 14th July 1994);
*
Mr. Kenneth Wilmot Riding (29th July, 1987
to 28th July, 1994); and
*
Mr. Bryce Merveri O'Neile (29th July, 1987
to 28th December, 1993
the date preceeding
his sixty-fifth birthday).

The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to give
effect to Cabinet's decision.
APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR DEPUTY DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF
PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS AND SENIOR CROWN AND DEPUTY SENIOR CROWN
PROSECUTORS.
Cabinet approved of a recommendation being made to the
Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council in respect of the following
appointments, as proposed in Cabinet Minute No. 204-87, dated
24th June, 1987, submitted by the Attorney General in
relation to this matter:Michael Alan Viney, Esquire, Q.C., be
appointed as Senior Deputy Director o[
Public Prosecutions;

Roderick Neil Howie, Esquire, Q.C., be
appointed as Deputy Director of Public
Prosecutions;
*
Warwick Henry Gregory, Esquire, Q.C. , be
appointed as Senior Crown Prosecutor;
and that

Barry Charles Newport, Esquire, Q.C.,
Alexander Philip Stuart Dalgleish, Esquire
and Peter Charles Bannon be appointed as
Deputy Senior Crown Prosecutors.
