PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION
LEGISLATION.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute No. 86-87, dated 30th March,
1987, submitted by the Minister for Planning and Environment
in relation to this matter, was deferred to enable further
consultations with the Attorney General, Minister for
Industrial Relations, and Employment and Minister for Sport
and Recreation, and Racing, and Tourism.
REGULATION OF WINE AND OTHER ALCOHOL COOLER PRODUCTS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute No. 203-87, dated 23rd June, 1987, submitted
by the Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
DRAFT STATE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING POLICY
ALLOTMENT SIZES.

Approval was given to the recommendation contained in Cabinet
Minute No. 197-87, dated 2nd June, 1987, submitted by the
Minister for Planning and Environment, and Heritage in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Planning and Environment, and Heritage is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision.
