TRANSIT AUTHORITY.

STATE RAIL AUTHORITY AND URBAN
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in Cabinet
Minute No. 187-87, dated 22nd May, 1987, submitted by the
Acting Minister for Transport in relation to this matter.
The Acting Minister for Transport is to take the necessary
action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
WORKERS' COMPENSATION (MEDICAL MATTERS).
Cabinet noted the verbal report given by the Minister for
Health, and the Drug Offensive, in relation to this matter.
Cabinet approved of further amendments to the Workers'
Compensation Bill, 1987 being moved in Committee, as proposed
by the Minister for Industrial Relations, and Employment (the
attached paper refers.
PROPOSED FURTHER AMENDMENTS TO THE DRUG MISUSE AND TRAFFICKING
(AMENDMENT) BILL 1987.
A pproval was given to the proposed further amendments to the
Drug Misuse and Trafficking (Amendment) Bill 1987, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute No. 191-87 dated 22nd May, 1987,
submitted by the Minister for Health, and the Drug Offensive in
relation to this matter.
CRIMES (SECRET COMMISSIONS) AMENDMENT BILL 1987 AND THE LOCAL
GOVERNMENT (SECRET COMMISSION) AMENDMENT BILL 1987.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Crimes (Secret
Commissions) Amendment Bill 1987 and the Local Government
(Secret Commission) Amendment Bill 1987, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute No. 194-87, dated 25th May, 1987, submitted by
the Attorney General in relation to this matter.
