Approval was given to the provisions of the Land and
Environment Court (Amendment) Bill 1987 as summarised
in Cabinet Minute No. 182-87 dated 14th May, 1937,
submitted by the Attorney General in relation to this
matter, subject to:the deletion of Schedule 1(1) from
the Draft Bill.
