Marlene
Kanga
Non-Executive Director
Sydney Water Corporation
President World Federation
of Engineering Organisations
“As a leader the most important
thing you’ve got to be able
to do is to walk away, to set
things up and leave it to others
to carry your vision. I think
if you are able to do that
you are a successful leader.
So it’s not about you, it’s about
the outcomes.”
