With a career like mine, there’s been a lot of movement, a lot of crossing over of different
sectors, different levels of government, different industries. I don’t ever see myself as like
a great innovator in any particular space. I just try, in everything I do, to fix problems,
to make how we do things better, and to try to achieve better outcomes for people.
That really has been the mark of my career.
