size and material of the necessary buildings. If a temporary slab or weatherboard building could be put up by local persons rapidly and reasonably, you
should state the cost, make such recommendations as you think might be
acted on, and name one or more trustworthy persons who would be willing to
act for the Department in seeing that the buildings are properly erected ?
