A request has been received from the Headmaster
of the Kiama Central School for covering approval to rent the
Presbyterian Sunday School Hall for the conduct of a Kindergarten class.
The Headmaster aavlseu that with the approval of
the District Inspector tiaTformE'a Kindergarten class with Yrs.
Griffiths, who had been traireu for this workiin charge. The
position is as follows:Kindergarten.

The Headmaster further reported that the Church
authorities expressed their willingness to let the Department
have the use of the hail during the week an..1 also the use
of the piano.
The Headmaster desired to know what rent should
he p.lid and whether payment of such rent would render the
Church rateable under the Local Government Act. TIIAeadmaster
also asked for the supply of kindergarten material ftwirappended
thle list hereunder.

Mr. Inspector Hosken has reported that the establishment of a Kinderonrten class is overdue at Kiama.
He recommended that the Department offer a rental
of 15/- per school week which he believed would be quite
acceptaable as the Church authorities desired to co-operate
with the Department.
