Dear Mr. Fowles,
I enclose a copy of a letter which has been
forwarded to the Honourable, The Minister for Education, requesting
that a start be made with the construction of a High School at
Kiama as the attendance at the School at the present time is of
such proportions that the existing land is hopelessly overcrowded
and with the additional enrollments next year it is felt that
a portion at least of the building should be constructed on the
new High School site acquired by the Department.
It is felt that you are conversant with the need
and it will be appreciated if you will make strong and urgent
representations to the Minister in the direction indicated*
yours faithfully,
Town Clerk.
