THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARY ELLEN CAZALAR
of Tweed Heads in the State of New South *Tales Widow I HEREBY
REVOKE all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by
me and declare this to he my last Will I APPOINT my daughter
JULIA ANNETTE CAZALAR
(hereinafter called my Trustee) sole
Executrix and Trustee of this my Will I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH
to my daughter the said Julia Annette Cazalar my house
property situate at Tweed Heads aforesaid comprised in
Certificate of Title Volume 1211 folio 130 containing 1 rood
or thereabouts together with my furniture and household effects
and other personal property other than money and securities
for money in or about my said house property at the time of
my death AND I
declare that it is my wish that my said
daughter the said Julia Annette Cazalar shall provide a home
in my said house property for my two daughters Marianne
Constanza Cazalar and Sara Lucy Cazalar whilst they respectively remain unmarried and my said house property unsold
GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the rest residue and remainder of
my real and personal estate of what kind soever and wheresoever
situate unto my Trustee UPON TRUST to pay my just debts
funeral legal and testamentary expenses which latter expression shall be deemed to mean and include Probate Estate and
any other duties payable in connection with my estate which
said debts funeral legal and testamentary expenses shall
not be apportioned amongst the beneficiaries and legatees
under this my Will proportionate to their respective
interests hereunder
my estate UPON TRUST
AND
to stand possessed of the balance of
as to the sum of Six Hundred Pounds for
my daughter MARY SOPHIE TRUTE
the wife of Frederick James
Trute as to the sum of Six Hundred Pounds for my son HENRY
ANDREW CAZALAR
and as to the sum of Six Hundred Pounds upon
trust for my son ROBERT EDGAR CAZALAR PROVIDED that if either
