Journalist deceased.
On the days and years set cut in their respective
jurats JOHN =CLEAN WESTON of Kiama in the State of Yew
South Wales Journalist and MARY WESTON of Kiama aforesaid
Perne Sole being tespectively duly sworn severally make
oath and say as foflows:
We are the Administrators to whom Letters of
Administration with the Will annexed of the Estate of
Joseph Weston late of Kiama aforesaid Journalist has been
granted.
The said deceased having been domiciled in the
State of New South Wales and the aggregate net value of
the Estates being under the sum of Thirty thousand pounds
we claim an assessment of the duty payable at one half of
the Schedule Rates set forth in the Schedule to the Probate
Duties (Amendment) Act 1859 on the properties set out in
the annexed Schedule marked "A" after deducting the
proportion of the debts char,reable thereon as the said
properties pass to the lawful children of the deceased.
