Nothing in above accounts has been allowed as
just allowance by way of rental for the premises occupied and which
would have to he paid if the said premises did not belong to the
Estate.

vviAl therefore be seen that so far from qge said
business returning an income of about Right hundred bounds (8O0.0.0)
per annum as would at first sight appear from the money received
from the date of death to the grant of Administration the same does
not return sufficient to pay all of those employed thereon at
award rates.
The plant and machinery are quite obsolete and have been in
use for fifty years past and would be quite unsaleable.
I therefore submit that so tar from. the vluation placed
upon the said plant and goodwil3 of the said business being
insufficient the same is quite the full value thereof and perhaps
more than their value.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths
Act 1900,
