If this be a case in which you recommend the erection of Schoolrooms, &c., state
that fact, and furnish the required information on the proper form, as to the
size and material of the necessary buildings. If a temporary slab or weatherboard building could be put up by local persons rapidly and reasonably, you
should state the cost, make such recommendations as you think might be
acted on, and name one or more trustworthy persons who would be willing to
act for the Department in seeing that the buildings are properly erected.

10. If you advise the purchase of existing buildings by the Department, give a
description of them, and specify their dimensions and the materials of which
they are constructed, their condition, and estimated value. How do you
propose that furniture should be provided ?

11. If buildings are offered on lease to the Department, furnish the same information as in the previous question (10), and forward a properly executed lease.
If not, state if there is a building available in which the School could be
opened temporarily, pending the provision of vested premises.

State their respective professions or occupations, and religious denominations. Who is the present
correspondent ?
