inI beg to report that prior to the relicensing in full of
fornpric,..
Chief Sc,
the above mentioned hail , I would recommend that the followin
Olor improvements should be carried out.
Second hand-rails should be provided on the two sets of
stairs leading from the gallery to the ground floor , they are
very steep and there is only one hand rail at present, and I consider two rails most necessary.
Second hand-rail to be provided on the stairs leading to
the base merit which are intended for use in a case of emergency.
The naked gas jets in the two dressing rooms on the stage
to be enclosed in wire protectors.
The gas footlights to provided with wire guards.
2 chemical fire ex-tinguishers'to be provided, one on each
side of the auditorium.
1 chemical fire exctinguisher to be provided in the gallery
1 chemical fire extinguisher to be provided at the back
of the stage.
1 chemical fire extinguisher to be provided in the basement.
Or in lieu of the above at least two hydrants should be
provided as set down by Pegulation No. 74 Town supply of water
is available.
TrptartAt present I consider the fire extinguishing appliance is
inadequate.
