I have to inform you that your application for permission
to use the school building and grounds under your charge on
stanir or the purpose specified above,

has been granted, subject to the following conditions:That the school work is not interfered with in any way.
That full responsibility is taken for the care of
Departmental property, and also for any accident or
injury, personal or otherwise, arising from the use of
the premises.
Any damage to the building while it is
in use, must be made good.
That the premises are left in a clean and tidy condition,
inside and out, and the school cleaner suitably paid for
any extra services rendered.
That no structural alteration is made until sanction has
been obtained from the Department,
That fixed furniture is not moved.
That the school will not be available for meetings on
holidays or during school vacation periods.
Smoking in the school building or precincts is to be
entirely prohibited, and intoxicating liquor must on no
account be brought to the premises.
