THEATRES AND PUBLIC HALLS ACT, 1908, AS
AMENDED.—PROCLAMATION

A. R. CUTLER, Governor.
I, Sir ARTHUR RODEN CUTLER, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council and
in pursuance of the provisions of the Theatres and Public
Halls Act, 1908, as amended, do, by this my Proclamation,
declare that the provisions of Part II of the said Act shall no
longer apply to the public halls specified in the Schedule.

1971.
