The Council of the Dubbo Branch of the Railway and
Tramway Institute are desirous of opening the Institute locial
Hall at Dubbo by the holding of a smoke soci-1 on the 24th
instant at bich smokin will be indulged in and at which
light liquor 'A.11 be partaken of. This social will be under
the patronage of Departmental Officers.

through the local Police Superintendent for this social to be
held.
