hundred and fifty EDWARD JAMES HALLIDAY of Murwillumbah in the
State of New South Wales Solicitor being duly sworn makes oath
and says as follows :
1. I am one of the Executors of the will of FRANCIS SCALING
LOWES deceased who died on the Twentysixth day of October, 1941
and Probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of
New South Wales in its Probate jurisdiction to myself and
Leslie Skinner on the -Jighteenth day of December, 1941 as
Number 264399.
2. Some Twentyfive years ago the said Francis Scaling Lowes
deceased purchased from Thomas Samuel Holt and Frederick
Charles Sidney Holt Allotments 52, 53, 54 and 55 on Deposited
Plan No. 9230 and being part of the land comprised in
Certificate of Title Volume 3555 Folio 22 and Volume 3015
Folio 51.
3.1 now wish to disclose the above mentioned lands as an
additional asset in the estate of the late Francis Scaling
Lowes deceased in order that the additional Probate duty
payable thereon may be paid and attached hereto marked ITA”
is a Certificate of Valuation in respect thereof.
