leaving issue him or her surviving who shall survive me such issue
shall take and if more than one equally between them the share which
such child - R. E. Charles - F. K. Budd - F. S. Lowes - of mine
would have taken had he or she survived me AND I EXPRESSLY DIRECT
that the said EDWARD JAMES HALLIDAY who is my Solicitor shall be the
Solicitor for my Estate and notwithstanding his acceptance of the
office of Executor and Trustee of this my Will the said Edward James
Halliday shall be entitled to charge my estate and to receive the
same remuneration for all business done by him in or about the
execution of the trusts and powers of this my Will or the management
and administration of my trust estate real or personal for professional work as if he not being hitself an Executor or Trustee of this
my Will were employed by the Executors and Trustees thereof as their
Solicitor AND I FURTHER DIRECT that in addition to the professional
work the said Edward James Halliday shall be entitled to apply for
and be granted commission as allowed to an executor by the Supreme
Court of New South Wales and he shall be entitled to retain out of
my Trust moneys the full amount for such professional work and for
executors commission any rule of law or equity to the contrary notwithstanding IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at Murwillumbah this Fourth day of December One thousand nine hundred
and thirtynine
