THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FRANCTS,KALING LOWES of
Tweed Heads in the State of New South Wales Freeholder I REVOKE
all Wills and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by
me AND DECLARE this to be my last Will and Testament I APPOINT
LESLIE SKINNER of Murwillumbah in the State of New South Wales
Company Secretary and EDWARD JAMES HALLIDAY of Murwillumbah aforesaid Solicitor TO BE the Executors and Trustee of this my Will I
GIVE DEVISE AND BE DEATH ALL my property of whatsoever sort or
kind and wheresoever situate UNTO my Trustees UPON TRUST TO P.AY
the rents issues and profits arising therefrom to my wife ADA,
ISABEL LOWES during her lifetime AND UPON the death of my said
wife to sell call in and convert into money such part of my said
estate as shall not already consist of money and to get in the
other parts thereof with power to sell by public auction or private
contract for cash or on terms and generally to effect such sale
calling in and conversion of my said estate upon such terms and
conditions as my said Trustees shall deem most advantageous AND
as to the moneys arising therefrom

sale calling in and conversion of any part or parts of my said
estate for such period or periods as they deem most advantageous
I ALSO EMPOWER my said Trustees to lease any portion of my real
estate for such term of years and at such rental as they may think
fit AND I generally empower my said Trustees during the lifetime
of my said wife to sell any part or parts of my real estate as
they shall deem most advantageous AND I DECLARE that any moneys
required for the repairs and improvements of any of my property
hereinbefore directed or authorised to be sold may be expended
either out of the income of the said property or out of the capital
of my said estate as my Trustees under the circumstances think fit
AND _I DECTiARE ,that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime
