Lowes deceased.
I crave leave to refer to Clause 2 of my Declaration dated
the 2rd day of February, now instant, filed in the Stamp
Duties Office in the Estate of the said deceased.

The whole of the Purchase money in respect of the Assets
referred to in Schedule 4 to the Stamp Affidavit filed in
the Estate of the said deceased was provided by the
deceased and George Goulding in equal shares.

same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths Act,
1900.
