Wales Company Secretary do hereby solemnly and sincerely
declare as follows:I am one of the Executors of the Will of Francis
Scaling Lowes deceased Probate whereof was granted by the
Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Probate Jurisdiction
to Edward James Halliday and myself this Declarant on the
