Dear Sir:
With reference Lo your letter of
28th February, respectinc the running
times of trains used by school children
between Kiama and 1,ollonLon3, I desire
to inform y oii that the Railway Department
have intimated that it is not possible
to alter the time of rennin of the
morning train at present.
A concession has been made for
the return journey, however, which was
to pperate from the 2nd instant, by
providing passenger accommodation on a
goods train leaving ol1ongong at 4 p.m.
Mondays to Fridays, which will enable the
children to leave that station 1 hour,
14 minutes earlier than at presents
