This Report should be forwarded to the Inspector at the expiration of the period of probation.
IT is expected that the Teacher will furnish a careful and impartial report under the following headings;
that be will state everything within his knowledge calculated to influence the Department in estimating
the value of the Pupil-Teacher concerned; and that he will express his views in clear and precise
language. Care should be taken not to write on the binding margin.
HEALTIL—It should here be stated whether the Pupil-Teacher suffers from any physical infirmity
likely to interfere with the discharge of duty, and whether any symptoms of failure in health have
been remarked since appointment. It should also be specified if leave of absence has been obtained
