Since my return I 'ave seen ivir.Hubbard in Murwillumbah
as recommended by Mr. Hamilton4 however there are a fewpoints
would like to ask your advice on.
They are as follows :No.l. Can I apply for a Resturant permit for a building which
is now Licensed as a Public Hall, and if successful, have
I to forego my Public Hall License.
Alternatively, If I decide to run it as a Resturant can
No.2.
I revert to a Public Hall again by notifying your Dept,
or will it be treated as a new application.
I would like if possible to run as a Public Hall for a
certain times of the year, and as a Resturant for the rest
of the period.
Please let me have this information as soon as possible,
so that I can make a decision on this matter.
