The Attorney General's report was noted.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS
ACT, 1966.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-92, dated 18th April, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
