LIQUOR (FURTHER AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Liquor
(Further Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 90-129, dated 10th May, 1990, submitted by the
Chief Secretary, and Minister for Tourism, in relation
to this matter.

APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER, N.S.W. FORESTRY COMMISSION.
Approval was given to a recommendation being made to
the Governor-in-Council that Dr. Johannes H. Drielsma,
be appointed as Commissioner, N.S.W. Forestry Commission
for a term of 3 years, as proposed in Cabinet Minute
90-132, dated 11th May, 1990, submitted by the Minister
for Natural Resources, in relation to this matter.

The Minister for Natural Resources is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.
