LOCAL GOVERNMENT LICENCES FOR
FOOD
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-97, dated 23rd April, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Local Government, and Planning, in
relation to this matter, subject to:*
•
deletion of the proposal to abolish the "street
vending vehicles" licence, as proposed in the
Minister for Local Government, and Planning's
letter of 11th May, 1990; and
the Minister for Local Government, and Planning
reporting back to Cabinet in twelve months time
regarding the new Scheme's operation.
REGISTERED CLUBS

(FURTHER AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Registered
Clubs (Further Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in
Cabinet Minute 90-130, dated 11th May, 1990, submitted
by the Chief Secretary, and Minister for Tourism, in
relation to this matter.
SWIMMING POOLS BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Swimming
Pools Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-131, dated 14th May, 1990, submitted by the Minister
for Local Government, and Planning, in relation to
this matter.
