Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-95, dated 20th April, 1990, submitted
jointly by the Deputy Premier, Minister for State
Development, and Public Works, and the Minister for
Administrative Services, in relation to this matter.
The Minister for Administrative Services is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision.

HUNTER WATER BOARD PRICING PROPOSAL FOR 1990/91.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-98, dated 24th April, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for the Environment, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
exclusion of Recommendation 2.2 (b); and
further discussions between the Treasury and the
Hunter Water Board on dividend payments.
The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO RESTATE AND REFORM THE LAW
RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-104, dated 7th May,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Industrial Relations
and Employment, in relation to this matter was deferred,
until next meeting.
