ACT.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-65, dated 27th March,
1990, submitted by the Minister for the Environment, in
relation to this matter was deferred.
•
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE REGISTERED CLUBS
ACT, 1976.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-80, dated 5th April, 1990, submitted
by the Chief Secretary, and Minister for Tourism, in
relation to this matter.
The Chief Secretary, and Minister for Tourism is to take
the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
11.
PROPOSED LEGISLATION TO REALIGN STATUTORY APPOINTMENTS
AND DELEGATIONS IN ACTS ADMINISTERED BY BUSINESS AND
CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-79, dated 5th April, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs, in
relation to this matter.
The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs is to
take the necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's
decision, including the preparation of the necessary
legislation.
