PROPOSED PROPERTY TRUST LEGISLATION FOR THE NATIONAL
SPIRITUAL ASSEMBLY OF BAHA'IS OF AUSTRALIA INCORPORATED.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-93, dated 18th April, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CENTENNIAL
PARK TRUST ACT.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-77, dated 5th April, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for the Environment, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
the amendments outlined in the Minister for the
Environment's letter of 26th April, 1990; and
further discussions with Treasury as to funding.

The Minister for the Environment is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
