Approval was given to:the provisions of the Police Service Bill, 1990 and
Cognate Bill, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-102, dated 26th April, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for Police and Emergency Services, in
relation to this matter, subject to:*

the Minister for Police and Emergency Services
addressing the Attorney General's concerns
regarding Clause 7 (g) of the Police Service
Bill.
the recommendations to amend the Police Regulation
(Superannuation) Act, 1906 as contained in Cabinet
Minute 90-109, dated 30th April, 1990, submitted by
the Minister for Industrial Relations and
Employment.

MOTOR DEALERS (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Motor
Dealers (Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet
Minute 90-99, dated 24th April, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs, in relation
to this matter.
