Approval was given to the provisions of the Water Board
(Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-101, dated 24th April, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for the Environment, in relation to this
matter.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION AND REHABILITATION TRUST BILL,
1990 AND COGNATE BILLS.
Approval was given to the provisions of the
Environmental Restoration and Rehabilitation Trust Bill,
1990 and Cognate Bills, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-103, dated 26th April, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for the Environment, in relation to this
matter.
