RADIATION CONTROL BILL, 1990
Approval was given to the provisions of the Radiation
Control Bill 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-108, dated 30th April, 1990, submitted by the
Minister for Health, and Arts, in relation to this
matter, subject to:*
resolution of Premier's concerns on the size of the
Radiation Advisory Council, and the proposed
establishment of a Medical Radiation and Hygiene
Committee.

COAL OWNERSHIP (RESTITUTION) BILL, 1990 AND COGNATE BILL
Approval was given to the provisions of the Coal
Ownership (Restitution) Bill, 1990 and Cognate Bill,
1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-113, dated 2nd
May, 1990, submitted by the Minister for Minerals and
Energy, in relation to this matter.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CROWN ADVOCATE ACT, 1979 AND
THE SOLICITOR GENERAL ACT, 1969
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-94, dated 18th April,
1990, submitted by the Attorney General, in relation to
this matter was deferred until next meeting.
