TRADING ACT,
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-40, dated 15th March,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Business and
Consumer Affairs, in relation to this matter was
deferred to the next meeting.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE GAS ACT, 1986.

Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-88, dated llth April, 1990, submitted
by the Minister for Minerals and Energy, in relation to
this matter, subject to:*
consultation with the Attorney General on
penalties.
The Minister for Minerals and Energy is to take the
necessary action to give effect to Cabinet's decision,
including the preparation of the necessary legislation.
CROWN AND OTHER ROADS BILL, 1990 AND COGNATE AMENDING
BILL.

Approval was given to the provisions of the Crown and
Other Roads Bill, 1990 and Cognate Amending Bill, as
summarised in Cabinet Minute 90-49, dated 22nd March,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Natural Resources,
in relation to this matter.
