MINING (AMENDMENT) BILL, 1990.
Approval was given to the provisions of the Mining
(Amendment) Bill, 1990, as summarised in Cabinet Minute
90-86, dated 10th April, 1990, submitted by the Minister
for Minerals and Energy, in relation to this matter.

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT, 1979 RELATING
TO MILK PRICES ORDERS.
Consideration of Cabinet Minute 90-82, dated 6th April,
1990, submitted by the Minister for Agriculture and
Rural Affairs, in relation to this matter was deferred.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE LEGAL AID COMMISSION ACT,
1979.
Approval was given to the recommendations contained in
Cabinet Minute 90-73, dated 30th March, 1990, submitted
by the Attorney General, in relation to this matter.
The Attorney General is to take the necessary action to
give effect to Cabinet's decision, including the
preparation of the necessary legislation.
